Overview

Shops, salons and eateries across Nigeria sell through Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp, but the owners are busy running the business and their pages go quiet for weeks. You take that work off them: planning posts, making simple photos and short videos, writing captions and replying to messages, for a monthly fee. Owners pay because a page that looks alive brings in customers who would otherwise go to the shop next door.

Income comes from monthly retainers, so a handful of steady clients is the first goal, with ad management charged as an extra. Beginners usually go wrong by charging too little, promising sales they cannot control, or taking on more clients than they can keep up with. It suits someone who is comfortable on a phone, writes clearly, meets deadlines and can walk into a shop and pitch.

Works well in Lagos, Abuja (FCT), Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Enugu, Kano, Remote
